If the project is selected, my collaborator(s) and I commit to attending meetings requested by the OGA staff lead.
As Project Lead, I will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all UW spending policies and monitor spending in accordance with the approved project budget during FY26. (OGA staff will be available to provide guidance as needed.)
If the project is selected, we will submit a Study Abroad Program Proposal for the 2025-26 (to direct a program in Summer 2026, Early Fall 2026, Autumn 2026, Winter 2027, or Spring 2027) or 2026-27 (to direct a program in Summer 2027, Early Fall 2027, Autumn 2027, Winter 2028, or Spring 2028) cycles.
If selected, we will submit a report detailing the project outcomes by December 30, 2026.
