The Milgard Women's Initiative Mentoring Program is seeking mid-career to senior female professionals in the South Sound Community who are interested in mentoring graduate and/or undergraduate students from the Milgard School of Business. This mentoring program is focused on women leadership & women leadership development. We welcome retired and currently working professionals as mentors.
Mentors have the opportunity to work 1:1 with a Milgard graduate student, participate in structured dialogue sessions with other mentors and mentees, and learn from the next generation of leaders and professionals.

The Mentoring Program is an 8 month program with a time commitment of 1-2 hours a month. Monthly meetings with your mentee and quarterly structured meetings in a group setting. Do you understand the time commitment for the program?

The MWI Mentor Program has traditionally been for Graduate students, although, this 2024-25 Academic Year, we will be piloting an undergraduate program as well.
