The MWI Mentorship Program is designed for Milgard graduate and undergraduate students (open to all genders) who are interested in exploring career related topics from a women's perspective, while engaging with a mentor outside of their usual networks. 

The MWI Mentorship program provides intentional pairing of mentors and mentees based on skills, background, and experiences. The information in this application will help us match you with a mentor that fits your interests and career aspirations. The application will close on Sunday, October 1, 2025.

The Mentoring Program takes commitment from students to participate.
It requires your participation in:
  • Monthly 1-on-1 meeting with your mentor
  • An in-person Orientation,
  • 2 Structured Sessions throughout the year, and
  • An in-person End of Year Celebration.
